SunriseGroveBay delivers an array of upscale yacht charter services which includes:

• Renting yachts for the day
• Evening sailing excursions
• Company getaway events
• Exclusive celebrations
• Prolonged charter experiences

Our services are subject to availability and favourable weather conditions. We retain the right to alter or cease offerings without prior notice at any moment.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter, you are required to:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Provide valid and comprehensive information
• Submit the necessary deposit as delineated in your booking confirmation
• Conform to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation occurs with the receipt of payment and our subsequent written confirmation. We reserve the privilege to decline to serve any individual as per our judgement.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are contingent upon the accessibility of the vessel and favourable weather. We will endeavour to meet your requested dates and times as closely as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and encompass all pertinent taxes unless stated otherwise. Note that prices are subject to modification without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Half of the entire charter cost is due at time of booking
• Final Payment: Owed 48 hours before the set departure of the charter
• Incidental expenses (if any): Payable upon conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods for payment include major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment management is executed using secure and encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Entire refund minus administrative charges
• Between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50 percent
• Less than 24 hours ahead of departure: Uneligible for a refund

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will present the choice to:

• Arrange a new date for your charter without extra charges
• Issue a full refund if a reschedule cannot be accommodated

5.3 Mechanical Failures

Should there be mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will strive to offer an appropriate replacement. If no substitute vessel can be arranged, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Guidelines

All passengers are expected to:

• Adhere to all directions given by the crew
• Don protective gear as necessitated
• Disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety
• Stay within authorized areas of the yacht

6.2 Restricted Items

Certain items are prohibited on the yacht, including but not limited to:

• Vessels made of glass
• Unlawful substances
• Firearms or any forms of weaponry
• Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic drinks beyond reasonable personal consumption
• Animals (unless they are pre-approved)

6.3 Behaviour

Guests are required to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate a charter without refunds if a passenger’s behaviour constitutes a risk to safety or interrupts the serenity of the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Our Liability

We limit our liability to the payment you made for the charter. We are not accountable for:

• Personal injuries arising from your negligence
• The theft or destruction of personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or events outside reasonable control

7.2 Insurance

Our comprehensive marine insurance policy encompasses our vessels and operations. Passengers shoulder the responsibility for their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Risk Assumption

By taking part in our charter services, you acknowledge the innate risks associated with boating activities and you agree to take on full responsibility for your personal safety and welfare.

8. Itinerary Alterations

We retain the right to modify itineraries, routes, or timetables in response to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will always aim to provide a comparable alternative should changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We are not held responsible for interruption, cancellation, or changes to services brought on by circumstances outside our influence, which may include but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Catastrophic natural occurrences
• Government edicts
• Closures of seaports
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Information Security

We manage your personal data in adherence to our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you are consenting to our collection and usage of your information as detailed within our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
