All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Details might vary depending on the package — for example, sunset cruises come with upscale non-alcoholic beverages and starters, while corporate charters offer meeting facilities and options for professional catering.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings are recommended to be made 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, particularly in high season from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks earlier helps secure availability and gives time to tailor the experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our top concern. In case the weather is considered unsafe by our qualified captain, we offer to rearrange your cruise for another suitable date or issue a complete refund. Our team monitors weather conditions closely and will get in touch with you a day prior to setting sail if the forecast suggests any concerns.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, you may come with your own food and beverages. Nonetheless, we also propose a fantastic range of catering solutions and can tailor the menu according to your taste. Bear in mind that for safety measures, glass containers are prohibited on board.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours before departure are refunded in full. Those made within 24–72 hours of departure receive a refund at a 50% rate. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, with exceptions including circumstances of inclement weather or mechanical issues attributable to our end.
