Eligible for: Complete refund minus service charges

Service Charge: €50 for transactions via credit card

24-72 Hours Before Charter

50% Refund

Eligible for: Half the total cost of the charter

Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the refund

Requirements: A valid reason is necessary; administrative costs incurred

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter

No Refund

Eligible for: No refunds are made available

Exception: Emergency situations may be taken into account

Alternate Option: Charter credits might be provided at the discretion of management

Our primary concern is always safety. Should weather conditions be deemed perilous for charter operations by our seasoned captain, we provide options that offer flexibility:

  • Reschedule: Transfer your charter to an alternate date at no extra charge
  • Charter Credit: A credit valid for one year from the original charter date is offered

The assessment of weather takes into account:

  • Evaluation of wind speed and direction
  • Sea conditions and wave heights
  • Precipitation forecasts and visibility
  • Advisories and warnings from the Coast Guard
  • Judgment of a professional captain regarding safety

Decision Making Timeline: Decisions on cancellations due to weather are made no later than 4 hours before the scheduled departure.
